Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for World Room Teachers programs must be made 10 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that point will not be refunded.

If the registration payment was made by check, the
substitute W9 form
must be completed in order to
process a refund. The form must be completed by the
entity that made the original payment as refunds
will be made payable to that entity. We apologize
for this inconvenience but must abide by Texas A&M
guidelines for this type of transaction. In order to
hasten your refund, complete the form and mail or
fax to the address instructed on the form. The
processing of the refund check can take up to 4
weeks. Please contact Martha Green at mgreen@ipomail.tamu.edu
as soon as possible to begin the cancelation
process.

Refunds will be made back to the original card.
